With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur servicing emerging companies, Mr. Hubbell has created and launched over 30 consumer packaged goods (CPGs) with national distribution in club, mass, natural products channels and at Amazon. His experience is in all phases of the product life cycle. He has a proven ability to create and launch products from inception to national distribution.
He is experienced in implementing and managing company-wide operational activities to support rapid growth including, manufacturing, branding, advertising, sales, product development, quality assurance, vendor relationships, operating budgets, and establishing key business relationships. He is experienced in managing buyers, brokers and distributors for the natural, mass-market, online, and big box retailers.
His focus is with companies that manufacture and sell dietary supplements, beverages, cosmetics, and CBD products. During his time with Ambra BioScience and SGN Nutrition, he gained firsthand experience launching products in major retailers that include Costco, Sam’s Club, CVS, the Vitamin Shoppe, and Amazon.
His past work include establishing cGMP production (in-house or contract manufacturers), implementing in house manufacturing, established sales channels, implementing operational SOPs, personnel management, staff training, budgeting and strategic planning. Additional activities include business development, creating buyer pitch decks, and managing R&D initiatives.
Mr. Hubbell holds a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from San Diego State University.

He has completed more than 40 M&A/capital raising transactions, and has served as COO, CFO, CRO and Director of a wide variety of public and private companies.Mr. Shapiro has served as principal of several nationally recognized financial advisory firms and investment banks, leading assignments to companies in need of financial, operational or restructuring services across a wide range of industries.Some of Mr. Shapiro’s representative experience includes: CFO of Pharmachem Laboratories, CFO of Nutrition 21, Financial Advisor and Interim Divisional President of Sonix Medical resources, COO and Director of Shoe-town, Inc., Managing Director of the restructuring practice at Furman Selz, a boutique investment bank, concentrating in healthcare and media & entertainment clients, Managing Director of Equitable Capital Management Corporation, and Director of corporate development at ITT Corporation.Mr. Shapiro received his MBA from Columbia University and earned a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute where he has been chairman of the Financial Advisors Committee, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Executive Forum.

Bill Middleton

Mr. Middleton is President of Corporate Capital Group, Inc. an investment bank based in New York with a focus on company mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings. The company also has offices in Sydney, Australia, and Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to founding Corporate Capital Group, Mr. Middleton was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Systems Research, an Australian high-technology company pioneering the commercialization of spread spectrum wireless technology, which was subsequently sold to British Aerospace. Before this, he was based in the U.S. as President and Founder of a computer software development and marketing joint venture with the international accounting firm Arthur Young.Other experience includes serving as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pharmacy Foundation Computer Systems in Sydney, Australia, following five years with Xerox Australia in State and National Sales and Marketing Management positions. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of The Royal Military College of Australia, Duntroon, (the equivalent of West Point Military Academy, for the New Zealand and Australian Armies) and served as an officer in the Corps of Royal New Zealand Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, obtaining the rank of Captain in the New Zealand Army before resigning his commission and relocating to Australia. Mr. Middleton is a director of several international companies and in 2006 was elected an Independent Director on the Board of USA Rugby. He is currently Chairman of Youth and High School Rugby for USA Rugby, and a Trustee of AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand. He holds FINRA Series 62, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
